2024 Classic Physique Olympia pre-rating summary

Can Bumstead make it to a sixth consecutive year or will a new champion be crowned?

The preliminary decision for the Classic Physique Olympia 2024 took place on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is the world championship event for the 2024 season.

The clear favorite for this competition is five-time defending champion Chris Bumstead. He had 54 contenders looking to dethrone him, including Wesley Vissers, winner of the 2024 Arnold Classic Physique, and Ramon Rocha Querioz, runner-up at the 2023 Olympia.

The play-by-play

As always, Queiroz had many supporters in the audience. Bumstead’s fans cheered the loudest when he took the stage and, as expected, he was in the middle of the first callout. He was flanked by Urs Kalecinski and Mike Sommerfeld. They were sent back in line, making them the top three in the field. This was confirmed when they were paraded for their final mission.

The Classic Physique finals are part of the Saturday night show at the Resorts World Theater in Las Vegas. The top 10 fight for the title of world champion.
