Will Muschamp’s huge home with outdoor entertainment paradise is now for sale

Georgia football analyst Will Muschamp’s massive home – complete with putting green and basketball court – hits the market this week.

The 10,000-square-foot, six-bedroom, eight-bathroom property sits on 4.5 acres in Oconee County and is priced at $3.5 million, making it the most expensive home for sale in Watkinsville, according to the Georgia MLS.

The interior is equipped with numerous high-quality finishes and amenities and the outdoor entertainment area leaves nothing to be desired.

For guests, there is a carriage house above the three-car garage with a bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette and full bathroom.

Muschamp, who previously served as co-defensive coordinator for the Bulldogs, asked to be transferred to another role when his son, Whit Muschamp, decided to pursue a college football career at Vanderbilt.

“Will came and talked to me. It was really important that he continue to play a major role in his son’s life,” coach Kirby Smart said in a spring press conference. “He wants to be able to see his son. He wants to see his son develop and play. He was able to see that firsthand with Jackson here, who has done a great job for us. Every day, Coach Muschamp was able to go out on the practice field and be with his son. I can only imagine how that felt for him. It’s that satisfaction of seeing his son every day. Now he has Whit, who has the opportunity to go to Vanderbilt and play. He wants to play a role in his life and be with him.”
