Tyler, the Creator, points “St. Chroma’ teaser

The rapper appears to be gearing up for his first project since 2021 Call me if you get lost

Tyler, the Creator appears to be gearing up for his next project, as the rapper released a teaser on Wednesday that hints that new music is on the way.

In the 90-second “St. In “Chroma,” a seemingly masked Tyler is shown leading a line of similarly dressed men marching into an oversized shipping container with the word “Chromakopia” spray-painted on it. In the final seconds of the teaser, the clip switches from sepia-toned to full color, and the shipping container is blown up and explodes.

The teaser was uploaded to Tyler, the creator’s social media accounts, and YouTube, each with a different caption. “1. st chroma,” the Instagram caption reads, while the YouTube caption simply says “8.”

On trend

Tyler, the creator’s final album, Call me if you get lostwas released in 2021. While the rapper has since appeared on other artists’ songs (like Pharrell Williams’ “Cash In Cash Out”), he has not released any new music of his own since then Call me if you get lost: Selling real estate – a deluxe version of the LP with additional songs from the recording sessions – was released in 2023.

However, Tyler’s recent activities have suggested he may be turning his attention to new music, as he headlined festivals like Coachella this year and the last two weekends at Austin City Limits – but canceled Lollapalooza and Outside Lands. However, Tyler didn’t play any new songs during any of the ACL sets.
