Congratulations, Amazon Prime members. You just got a new perk that could end up saving you dozens of dollars a year at the pump. Amazon linked to B.PAmoco and AMPM/Arco have developed a program that saves drivers 10 cents per gallon when they fill up at about 7,000 participating stations.

Amazon says This saves customers about $70 per year, which is about half of the $139 per year Prime membership Costs per year. Not bad. To activate the offer, Prime Members must leave amazon.com/fuelsavings. From there, members will need to add a free Earnify account with BP. Activating the offer will establish your connection Amazon Account and Earnify Account. The Earnify app features a store locator to help customers find the nearest participating provider Gas station.

To receive the savings at the pump, customers must enter their phone number or linked payment method. If that’s not your thing, you can always redeem at the pump using the Earnify app by selecting the gas station and pump you use.

The edge indicates that by signing up you agree to BP collecting information about you in order to receive the discount. Who isn’t collecting information about you at this point? 10 cents is 10 cents. I need this money.

Anyway, Amazon also announced that in 2025 it plans to offer BP Pulse users a savings offer on electric vehicle charging. BP’s electric vehicle charging business. This will be nice when introduced as long as you ignore it all the unethical and climate-damaging crap that BP does every day.

Remember: 10 cents is 10 cents.
