Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson faces new sexual assault and battery charges in Houston.

The lawsuit, in which Jane Doe is the plaintiff, says the woman is suing Watson for sexual assault and battery, as well as intentional infliction of emotional distress, following the incidents on a date in October 2020 when they were scheduled to meet.

Tony Buzbee, who represented many who sued Watson in 2021, is also representing this woman.

The woman claims in the lawsuit that Watson was angry because he couldn’t find her apartment on October 10, 2020, before the date even began. Watson is said to have “aggressively screamed and yelled, stating that he couldn’t find her apartment and that he ‘didn’t have time for this,'” according to Pro Football Talk.

But according to the lawsuit, that was just the beginning of what was to come.

“When Watson finally arrived at Doe’s apartment, Doe had not finished applying makeup, so she invited Watson to sit in her living room while she got ready,” the lawsuit states. “While she was applying makeup in her bathroom, Doe left the bathroom door open and attempted to talk to Watson to relieve the tension after his angry outburst. Jane Doe quickly began to believe she was talking to herself because Watson was unresponsive.

DESHAUN WATSON ACCUSED OF SEXUAL MISBOUND FOR THE 24TH TIME

“Jane Doe came out of her bathroom to investigate Watson’s silence and was shocked to find him completely naked on her bed, lying face down on his stomach. While Jane Doe stood there in shock, Watson turned his head and aggressively insisted that she massage him, pointing to his buttocks. Jane Doe asked if Watson meant he wanted her to massage his back, but Watson indicated he wanted to massage his buttocks.”

The plaintiff further stated in the lawsuit that she was “terrified” because she was “in her small apartment with a much larger man and was still reeling from Watson’s outburst of anger and aggression on the phone.”

When the woman tried to “appease Watson by rubbing his back rather than his bottom,” Watson reportedly became irritated.

“Apparently, Watson became frustrated that Doe was only massaging his back and then turned around, revealing an erection. Watson continued to demand that Jane Doe massage him, pointing from his knees to his groin,” the lawsuit continues, according to PFT. “Jane Doe froze in fear, unsure of how to reject Watson’s advances without compromising her safety. Confused and frightened, she repeated to Watson that she was not a massage therapist. Watson asked her what she wanted to do instead.”

The lawsuit further states that Watson grabbed the plaintiff by the leg and placed her lying on the bed. At that point, Watson “partially undressed Jane Doe and penetrated her vagina without her express or implied consent.”

“Jane Doe felt paralyzed and was unsure whether to risk her safety by attempting to stop Watson or endure his attack,” the lawsuit states. “Watson abused Jane Doe in a ‘missionary position’ for several minutes before grabbing her and turning her over. Watson continued to aggressively attack Doe from behind.”

The plaintiff claims she mustered the “courage and strength” to escape Watson during the attack by grabbing a “heavy decorative piece for self-defense” and yelling at him to leave her apartment. An “enraged” Watson eventually left the apartment.

The NFL and the Browns declined to comment to Fox News Digital on the matter.

The main difference between this latest lawsuit and the others is that Watson is specifically accused of sexual assault, while the other lawsuits were filed for sexual misconduct.

The 28-year-old quarterback served an 11-game suspension two seasons ago after numerous women accused him of sexual assault and inappropriate behavior during scheduled massage sessions.

Two grand juries in Texas ultimately declined to indict Watson, but the NFL and NFLPA agreed to a disciplinary settlement that included a $5 million fine and a mandatory evaluation by behavioral experts and a treatment program they designed before he could return to the field.

Watson has settled 23 of 24 civil lawsuits filed against him, and the only remaining civil lawsuit is represented by Buzbee.

Watson’s time with the Browns has not gone well for the franchise, including a 33-17 home loss to the Dallas Cowboys to start the 2024 season. He went 5-1 to start the 2023 season, but injuries, including a shoulder injury that required season-ending surgery, kept him out of action for most of the year.

Watson has posted an 8-5 record in three seasons since Cleveland traded six draft picks, including three first-round picks, to acquire the quarterback from the Houston Texans. The Browns also gave him a then-record, fully guaranteed $230 million contract to become their franchise quarterback.
