Caps inflict their first defeat on league leaders Graz

The two Vienna Capitals celebrated a 3-2 victory after overtime over league leaders Moser Medical Graz99ers on Sunday evening. Gerry Fleming’s team inflicts the Styrians’ first defeat of the season. With his debut goal, Peter Krieger puts the Caps in the lead on the power play in the eighth minute. Directly after the start of the middle third, Trevor Gooch equalized in the majority (21st/PP1), but the Viennese immediately went back in front through Niki Hartl (22nd).
