Darren Criss bares his abs in skirt and tuxedo jacket at the 2024 CFDA Awards

Darren Criss arrived at the 2024 CFDA Fashion Awards ready to close the red carpet.

And he may have done just that.

The 37-year-old actor arrived at the fashion event in a fuchsia tulle skirt with floral detail and a cropped black tuxedo jacket – and not much else. Flaunting his chest and abs, he posed for photos with designer Christian Siriano, who created his outfit for the evening.

The 2024 CFDA Fashion Awards presented by Amazon Fashion recognize the best in the American fashion industry. This year’s ceremony was hosted by Cynthia Erivo, who walked the red carpet in an Elphaba-inspired black hooded dress.

Erykah Badu will be honored with the Fashion Icon Award, Michael Kors will receive the Positive Change Award and Daniel Roseberry will be named International Designer of the Year. Hosts include Anna Wintour, Blake Lively, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Molly Ringwald, Storm Reid and Paris Hilton.

Notable attendees at this year’s star-studded event include Kylie Jenner, Kelsea Ballerini, Katie Holmes, Suni Lee, Addison Rae and Teyana Taylor. In addition to Siriano, the designers in attendance include Tommy Hilfiger, Rebecca Minkoff and Zac Posen.

Criss, who is currently playing the lead role Maybe a happy ending On Broadway, he’s known for pushing the boundaries with his style, wearing bold patterns and bright colors, including this black and white polka dot shirt he rocked at Elsie Fest in September, which featured red and white trim and floral details.

He has also worn many colorful and patterned suits for events, even a gold suit for Siriano’s recent Fashion Week presentation. This also featured a short jacket that he wore with no shirt underneath, again showing off his toned abs and plenty of skin. Similar to the CFDA Fashion Awards, Criss also rocked a chain necklace as an accessory.
