Disgraced “You” star Chris D’Elia is offering his LA home for .75 million

Controversial comedian and Netflix star Chris D’Elia has put his four-bedroom Los Angeles home up for sale for $3,750,000 – four years after his career went up in flames when multiple women accused him of sexual assault.

D’Elia, 44, found himself at the center of a heated scandal in the summer of 2020 when several women accused him of sending them graphic messages soliciting sex, while others claimed he had abused them when they were minors.

The allegations were made just six months after the stand-up comedian’s worldwide breakthrough alongside Penn Badgley in the second season of the successful psychological thriller “You”.

D’Elia, who has denied all allegations, faced another scandal in 2023 when more than ten women made new allegations against him, including claims that he pressured them into sexual acts, according to Rolling Stone.

Since the allegations first came to light, D’Elia’s career has suffered. Several venues have canceled stand-up shows in response to the allegations. D’Elia was even digitally replaced in a film project, “Army of the Dead.”

The house was built in 2013.

Now the comedian has decided to sell his picturesque 3,800-square-foot, four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home.

Located in the Hollywood Hills, not far from the Sunset Strip, the traditional-style home offers an open floor plan with a newly added study that could be used as an additional bedroom. One room is currently set up as a podcast studio, with wood paneling on the wall, bright lights for filming, and a couple of desks.

The large living room has a fireplace, picture ledge and French doors to the outdoors. The kitchen features Viking appliances and a large island, as well as a spot for a quick morning lunch. A more formal room seats 12 guests.

The master bedroom is quite luxurious and has a fireplace, access to the terrace and a bathroom with double sinks, a huge shower and a deep soaking tub.

The upper level also features a family room with glass doors leading to the small garden, a solar-heated pool with spa and a fire pit.

Before the allegations against him, D’Elia appeared in a number of television series, including “Undateable” and “Whitney.” He then played the role of Henderson in the hit Netflix series “You,” which began airing in December 2019.

He still tours with his stand-up act and hosts the weekly podcast “Congratulations.”
