Fargo Elks host three-day food truck festival – InForum

FARGO – More than a dozen food vendors will be on site for the three-day Fargo Elks Food Truck Festival, Friday through Sunday, Aug. 16-18.

The event will take place in the Fargo Elks parking lot, 3435 Broadway N. in Fargo.

Opening hours are Friday and Saturday from 12 noon to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 12 noon to 3 p.m.

All ages are welcome.

The list of participating food vendors includes:

  • Forking Delicious Food, serving shrimp tacos and shrimp po’ boys;
  • Addie’s Sunshine and Treats, serving ice cream, cupcakes and cookies;
  • Gail’s Jamaican Kitchen, serving Jamaican cuisine;
  • Adibon with African-European gourmet fusion;
  • Fargo Fillies and Mac Daddy’s serve cheesesteaks and gourmet mac and cheese;
  • Mom and Dad’s Barbecue
  • The Barge Food Truck serves hand-breaded crispy chicken sandwiches and grass-fed beef burgers;
  • The best hot dogs;
  • Penny’s Eatery, serves gyros and burgers;
  • Queen’s Quesadilla;
  • North Brew, serving hot and cold coffee beverages;
  • and Zazzy’s Mobile Kitchen and Catering, which serves New Orleans-inspired food.
