Food Truck Culture hosts its first festival

Tampa’s Food Truck Culture, known for supporting some of the area’s best mobile food joints, is celebrating its one-year anniversary in style. The first annual Food Truck Culture Festival will take place on August 24th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 4914 E Broadway Ave. This food truck lot will feature flavors from all over the world.

“This delicious eatery highlights our passion for culture-based food, honest cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere,” write the owners of the food truck park. “With some of the most delicious ingredient combinations, there is something for everyone.”

Experience the best food trucks in Tampa Bay

The festival will feature a number of the best local food trucks, including fan favorites (and my personal favorite) like Seasoned Green. A sensational recent chef’s signature dish was the Noxtail Spiced Birria Eggrolls with oyster mushrooms, jackfruit, fried plantains and vegan cheese. Other trucks participating include Mother Shucker, Phlavors Hot Box, Cuisine Machine, Willie Maes Cakes, Three Stones Kenyan Cuisine and Triple Threat Truck. You can find all the food trucks on the park’s website.

In addition to the delicious food, the event will also feature music from local DJs and a variety of local vendors, making it a true celebration of Tampa’s vibrant community. Kid-friendly activities will also be organized so the whole family can go out and celebrate.
