Here’s your guide to shopping, dining and entertainment at the 605 Made Night Market on Saturday

The 605 Made Night Market on Saturday 24 August offers the opportunity to shop, eat, drink and be entertained outdoors under floodlights with live music, aerial acrobatics and more.

The market is located in the Raven parking lot at the corner of Phillips Avenue and Sixth Street. It is open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and admission is free.

Three dozen vendors will offer a fantastic mix of handcrafted products. Food trucks and concession stands will offer everything from burgers and burritos to mac and cheese and gyros to baked goods and ice cream. Gist Wine Shop will sell wine and beer and Mockies Mocktails and Taps will serve non-alcoholic beverages. Artists will entertain the crowd from start to finish.

The 605 Made Night Market is organized by Knotty Gnome Variety & Salvage and SiouxFalls.Business and sponsored by First National Bank of Sioux Falls and Dakota Business Finance.

Here is the entertainment program:

  • 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. — J & Jess, live music
  • 3:45 to 4:30 p.m. – Aerial Try-Its by South Dakota Aerial & Arts
  • 4:30pm to 5:15pm – DJ set by Abbi Day, a mix of funk, disco and well-known favorites that will get everyone dancing
  • 5:15 to 6:00 p.m. – South Dakota Aerial & Arts, floor performances: juggling, acrobatics, baton and fan
  • 6:00pm to 6:45pm – DJ set by Abbi Day, a mix of funk, disco and well-known favorites that will get everyone dancing
  • 6:45 to 7:30 p.m. – South Dakota Aerial & Arts, ground and aerial performances
  • 19:30 to 20:15 — Ben Gertner, singer/songwriter who combines alternative rock and indie folk
  • 8:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – South Dakota Aerial & Arts, aerial acrobatics performances: scarves, hoops and cubes

  • Break open the burrito: Tacos, burritos, quesadillas and nachos
  • Cheezy Noodlez Gourmet Mac & Cheeze: Variations of Mac and Cheese, Maui Maui Drinks
  • King of Gyros: Gyros sandwiches, chislic, chicken sandwiches and fries
  • Mr Churro: Churro bites, ice cream, iced coffee, aguas frescas
  • Murph’s Burgers & Fries: Burger and fries, pulled pork and fries
