Jinger Dugger Vuoloa graduate of the popular reality show “19 Kids and Counting”, and husband Jeremy Vuolo take root in Southern California.

On August 1, the couple paid $1.9 million for a home in Newhall, California, a small community in Santa Clarita.

The house was last sold in 2022 for $1.75 million to the nearby Master’s University and Seminary, which had rented it to the couple for several years. Vuolo is pursuing graduate studies at the university.

Now the couple can exchange the lease for a mortgage payment. They secured a $1.52 million loan to finance the purchase.

Jinger rose to prominence as a member of the Duggar family on TLC’s popular reality show, which ran for seven years, before breaking away from the family’s deep Arkansas roots and criticizing their faith in a recent book titled “Becoming Free Indeed.”

Past movements

After Jinger left Arkansas, the couple reportedly lived in Laredo, Texas for a while before heading to Southern California in 2019. They then purchased a home in Los Angeles for $830,000 in 2022.

According to InTouch Weekly, they listed the 1,700-square-foot, five-bedroom property for sale in June for $900,000.

Bigger and better

But their new residence is much larger, although located a little further north and away from the bright lights of the big city.

Built in 1980 in Tudor style, the house stands on a 2-acre lot and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms in an area of 435 m².

All four bedrooms are upstairs and the floor plan includes two fireplaces – one in the living room and one in the master suite.

The couple explained in a recent episode of their podcast that they had “moved several times in the last five years” before landing in their current home. Maybe this time it will work out?

Duggar Vuolo, 30, appeared not only on “19 Kids and Counting,” but also on the spin-off show “Counting On.”

In 2014, she co-authored a book with her sisters Jana, Jill and Jessa called “Growing Up Duggar: It’s All About Relationships.” Jinger also co-hosts a podcast with her husband called “The Jinger & Jeremy Podcast.”
