A man was arrested by Loveland Police officers after he was accused of strangling a teenager at an In-N-Out restaurant in Loveland.

According to Loveland police, officers were called to the restaurant at 1450 Fall River Drive around 1 a.m. on August 4.

The teenager told police that as he was walking to the table to apologize to the woman, a man who was accompanying the woman suddenly “grabbed him, put both hands around his neck and back, pulled him down to the table and threw him backwards onto the floor.”

Loveland police said the man and woman left the restaurant before officers arrived at the scene, prompting an investigation.

Over the next week, officers interviewed witnesses and viewed videos that showed different perspectives on the incident.

Witnesses then came forward and identified the suspect, and a no-bail arrest warrant was issued for 55-year-old Lucas N. Kalisher on Tuesday.
