NFL News: Houston Texans WR Stefon Diggs criticizes Josh Allen and the Bills after Week 1

A promising start for the Texans

Before the game, it was difficult to predict the final result. However, the Texans’ offensive power slightly shifted the outcome in their favor. The trio of CJ Stroud, Diggs and Mixon caused chaos on every drive.

Joe Mixon ran for 159 yards and a touchdown, while CJ Stroud threw for 234 yards and two touchdowns in the 29-27 win over the Colts. Both of Stroud’s touchdowns were caught by Stefon Diggs, who made his debut for the Texans after a high-profile offseason trade involving Mixon.

In addition to them, Nico Collins also stood out, finishing the game with 6 catches for 117 yards – an excellent number for the wide receiver. Stefon Diggs also caught 6 passes and contributed his experience to the final result.

With this victory, the Texans climbed to the top of their division, as both the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans suffered losses in their opening games – Jacksonville lost to the Miami Dolphins and Tennessee lost to the Chicago Bears.
