Here in St. Cloud, the average high temperature at the beginning of the month is around 48 degrees. At the end of the month the average maximum temperature is around 30 degrees.

The Weather Channel expects high temperatures to be below normal on November 1, but will then be in the 50s and possibly reach highs every day, at least for the first half of the month, well above average.

The Climate Prediction Center also expects the weather to be wetter than average in November. This is good news that will help break the drought we are in.
