Ohio Eatery named “Best Fast Food Restaurant” in the state

Fast food can take a lot of the work out of planning a complete meal. But just because a fast food restaurant is a convenient and often more cost-effective alternative doesn’t mean you have to compromise on taste or a satisfying meal.

Based on reviews, awards and praise as well as first-hand experience, LoveFood has compiled a list of the restaurants that serve the best fast food in each state, from “fabulous no-frills food trucks to tiny gems and small family restaurants.”

According to the website, the best fast food restaurant in all of Ohio is Pleasant Ridge Chili Restaurant, a Cincinnati eatery that serves Cincinnati-style chili that’s worth trying in its various forms, from coneys and cheese fries to spaghetti. They also serve breakfast all day, as well as sandwiches, burgers and dinner.

Pleasant Ridge Chili Restaurant is located at 6032 Montgomery Road.

Here is what LoveFood had to say about the best fast food restaurant in the entire state:

“Thinner than Texas chili and flavored with ingredients like chocolate and cinnamon, Cincinnati’s famous chili is one of those dishes you either love or hate. If you’re a fan, head to Pleasant Ridge Chili Restaurant, where fans say you can sample the best in town. This old-fashioned restaurant has been run by the Sideris family since 1964, and its signature Cincinnati-style chili is served the classic way: on spaghetti, fries or hot dogs, with a pile of shredded cheese.”
