Many of the things happening in Shreveport are pretty exciting. With the success of the Humor and Harmony Festival, which draws thousands of people to the city, including celebrities, traffic at Shreveport Airport will increase.

With the recent announcement that Tacomania is returning to the market with a branch at the airport, Shreveport Regional Airport appears to be preparing to handle the increased number of passengers.

Mark Crawford, Business & Development Manager for Shreveport Regional Airport, recently announced on Facebook that one of Bossier’s most popular restaurants, Notini’s Italian, is now open at the airport.

Latest news: Notini’s Italian is now open at Shreveport Regional Airport!! The restaurant is located in Concourse B, across from Gate 5, which Delta uses. The menu includes their delicious pizzas, po-boys, and muffalettas, and Italian salads will be added soon. Out of respect for the folks who worked yesterday to get everything ready for the opening, I offered to eat the first pizza they made. It was outstanding! I am very excited about this newest addition to the airport, and there are even more improvements on the way!!

At the moment only passengers with tickets can enjoy Notini’s, but by the end of the year we hope to be part of a program that also allows the non-flying public to enjoy all the new restaurants at the airport
