Carolina’s most recent loss was a road game against the Washington Commanders, in which Marcus Mariota filled in for the injured Jayden Daniels. Still, the Commanders had an easy path to victory with a final score of 40-7.

With a 1-4 record as a starter this season, Dalton has totaled 989 yards with seven touchdowns and six interceptions while completing 66.3% of his passes.
