► Chicago-based Seres Capital AR LLC paid $7.93 million for the 242-unit Sherwood Park apartment complex at 1707 Arrowhead Road in North Little Rock.

Seller: 1707 Arrowhead Road LLC, an affiliate of RTB Assets of Austin, Texas.

► Rausch Coleman Homes Little Rock LLC of Fayetteville has purchased 84 residential lots in the Country Club of Arkansas neighborhood in northern Little Rock for more than $3.9 million.

Seller? Cypress Bay Development LLC, led by John T. Wright.

► Randy Wright Builders LLC sold a 5,700-square-foot home in the Mount Crest Estates neighborhood of northwest Pulaski County to Creshelle Nash for more than $1.7 million.

► Peter Treadwell Jr. and his wife Laura bought a 2,000-square-foot home in Little Rock’s Heights neighborhood for $1.6 million.

► Blackburn Capital LLC, led by Todd Stewart, sold a 9,000-square-foot office building at 2411 McCain Blvd. in North Little Rock for $1.5 million.

► The Brian Christopher Taylor & Shannon James Taylor Living Revocable Trust purchased a 3,775-square-foot home in the Heights neighborhood of Little Rock from the Allen Family Trust, headed by Katherine Allen Carfield, for nearly $1.2 million.

► Freeway Park Properties LLC, led by Jeffrey Marette, sold an 8,696-square-foot office building at 6315 Ranch Drive in west Little Rock for more than $1.2 million.

Buyer: Empire Initiatives LLC, led by Katelyn Evans.

► 301 Shackleford LLC of Long Beach, Mississippi, purchased the 5,563-square-foot former Denny’s at 310 S. Shackleford Road in west Little Rock for $1 million from NNN REIT Ltd. of Orlando, Florida.
