Goal said on Monday that plans to hire 100,000 seasonal workers as it prepares for the busy holiday season.

The company said most of these seasonal employees will work in stores, but some will also work in supply chain to help with tasks such as order pickup and stocking shelves.

The retail giant also said its seasonal jobs will offer competitive wages, health insurance benefits and the possibility of permanent employment, in line with its hiring efforts over the past three years. Over half of last year’s sales associates were offered permanent positions.
