The third Falcon restaurant opens in Fort Greene

Cali Faulkner — a former chef at Crown Shy, Oxalis and Eleven Madison Park and sous chef at Verjus in Paris — is opening her own restaurant. Third Falcon is coming to Fort Greene this fall at 360 Myrtle Avenue at Adelphi Street. A spokesperson shares that the menu will focus on Long Island farms, with a raw bar and a rotating snack menu as well as larger plates. The restaurant will serve French wines and ciders until a full liquor license is secured. The main dining room seats about 40 people and has an additional sidewalk patio. It’s the newest restaurant to open in Fort Greene recently, following Sailor, Margot, Strange Delight and Ikigai.

Now, Tran is expanding again – Me Tay Co will be the permanent dining option at Williamsburg’s Thief Bar. At Thief, Tran’s menu will be served Tuesday through Sunday from 6 p.m.
