Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz pulled back the curtain and revealed on his phone the strange pseudonym he uses for his running mate, Kamala Harris.

During his late-night debut on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” this Monday, the Democratic politician told the host that he had entered her contact name into his phone as “My Dry Cleaner.”

“They told me to come up with something and that was all I could think of,” Walz added.

When Kimmel asked what would happen if Walz’s actual laundry man called him, he said he wasn’t thinking that far ahead, while Kimmel joked that he should change his dry cleaner’s name to “Madam Vice President.”

Walz also recounted how he initially ignored Harris’ call to tell him he was her vice president because he didn’t recognize the number and thought it was “a car warranty thing,” which was a call from a “high-ranking person.” Counselor” triggered “to convince him to take the call.

To date, Vice President Harris and Walz have conducted a total of 31 interviews, while former President Trump and his running mate JD Vance have spoken to various media outlets in 69 interviews leading up to Election Day on various issues affecting voters.

Walz’s appearance on the late-night show followed Harris’ heavily criticized appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast the previous day.

During one 44 minute sit-down interview With podcast host Alex Cooper, Harris addressed the controversial topics surrounding domestic violence and abortion.

During her interview with Cooper, Harris repeated the debunked claim that a woman in Georgia died from delayed treatment as a result of the state’s abortion restrictions, although doctors had previously called the account false.

“Call Her Daddy,” the second most popular podcast on Spotify, just behind “The Joe Rogan Experience,” continued to face backlash from its own audience following Cooper’s interview with Harris. The Barstool Sports graduate lost thousands of followers after the episode’s release on Sunday.

“One of my favorite podcasts and now I will never listen again. Unbelievable,” one former fan wrote, while another comment read, “DONE, that was my favorite podcast. I’m 100% disgusted.”

A throng of users flocked to criticize Cooper for not speaking out about Americans still in desperate need of help following the disaster that followed Hurricane Helene in North Carolina, and Floridians are bracing for the hurricane’s second hit Milton this week.
