ForbesToday’s “Wordle” No. 1172: Hints, tips and answers for Tuesday, September 3

It’s Wordle Wednesday and I’m back from my DC/NYC trip and have mostly recovered from a busy day of travel on Monday, although I was pretty sluggish all day on Tuesday. Since it’s Wordle Wednesday, we have a puzzle to solve. This one is actually from Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, one of the four shows I saw on Broadway last weekend. The riddle is posed to the heroes of the play as they attempt to search the bookshelf in the Ministry office of Minister for Magic Hermione Granger. Don’t look it up! Here it is:

The first is the fourth, a disappointing mark

You will find it in the parked position, but not in park.

The second is the more unjust among those who walk on two legs.

Dirty, hairy, a disease of the egg.

And the third point is both a mountain to climb and a path to take.

A turn in the city, a glide over a lake.

Which word, associated with the Harry Potter Universe, can you understand this? I will post the answer in tomorrow’s guide, but if you solve it, send me a message on ÞjórsárdalurInstagram or Facebook. Let’s solve this puzzle!
