Trump claims “nobody” cheered for Harris outside Air Force Two, despite video and images of the crowd

Former President Trump claims that “no one” was on the tarmac in Detroit last week to greet Vice President Harris at a campaign rally in the Motor City, despite unedited videos and images from several news outlets proving otherwise.

Trump made the claim in a post on Truth Social on Sunday, sharing two images – one showing thousands of Harris supporters reacting to the arrival of Air Force Two at Detroit Metro Airport and another showing a zoomed-in reflection of the plane’s engine, with barely any audience visible.

“Did anyone notice that Kamala CHEATED at the airport? There was no one on the plane and she ‘rigged’ it using artificial intelligence to show a huge ‘crowd’ of so-called supporters, BUT THEY DIDN’T EXIST!” Trump declared. “She was betrayed by a maintenance worker at the airport when he noticed the fake image of the crowd, but there was no one there, which was later confirmed by the reflection of the mirror-like surface of the Vice President’s plane.”

“She’s a CON. She had NOBODY waiting and the ‘crowd’ looked like 10,000 people!” Trump added. However, a review of media reports of the event by Fox News Digital clearly shows that many supporters were on hand to greet Harris and her new running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.

But an X-account run by Harris’ campaign shared one of Trump’s Truth Social posts about the crowd, saying, “This is a real photo of a 15,000-strong crowd at Harris-Waltz in Michigan.”
